Les sept lois d'Hermès et la table d'émeraude
Nous pensons que la pratique matérielle de la géomancie doit aller de pair avec un cheminement philosophique ou spirituel à l'image de la quête alchimique où l'important est moins la transmutation des métaux que celle de l'alchimiste lui-même. C'est pourquoi nous proposons à la réflexion des lecteurs des textes qui sont attribués à Hermès Trismégiste.
Le premier est la Table d'Émeraude, résumé du Grand œuvre alchimique.
Une légende veut que ce texte ait été découvert par les soldats d'Alexandre le Grand dans la grande pyramide de Gizeh, qui ne serait pas autre chose que le tombeau d'Hermès. Celui-ci aurait gravé sa Table à l'aide d'une pointe de diamant sur une lame d'émeraude ; d'où son appellation.
Ce texte est un des fondements de la pensée hermétique et ésotérique, la traduction suivante est celle de l'alchimiste Fulcanelli, l'auteur du mystère des cathédrales et des Demeures philosophales.
"Il est vrai, sans mensonge, certain et très véritable : ce qui est en bas est comme ce qui est en haut et ce qui est en haut est comme ce qui est en bas ; par ces choses se font les miracles d'une seule chose. Et comme toutes les choses sont et proviennent d'UN, par la médiation d'UN, ainsi toutes les choses sont nées de cette chose unique par adaptation. Le Soleil en est le père, la Lune la mère. Le vent l'a porté dans son ventre. La terre est sa nourrice et son réceptacle. Le Père de tout, le Thélème du monde universel est ici. Sa force ou puissance reste entière, si elle est convertie en terre. Tu sépareras la Terre du feu, le subtil de l’épais, doucement, avec grande industrie. Il monte de la Terre et descend du ciel, et reçoit la force des choses supérieures et des choses inférieures. Tu auras par ce moyen la gloire du monde, et toute obscurité s'enfuira de toi. « C’est la force, forte de toute force, car elle vaincra toute chose subtile et pénétrera toute chose solide. Ainsi, le monde a été créé. De cela sortiront d'admirables adaptations, desquelles le moyen est ici donné. "C'est pourquoi j'ai été appelé Hermès Trismégiste, ayant les trois parties de la philosophie universelle. " Ce que j'ai dit de l'Œuvre solaire est complet."
La Table d'émeraude et la Géomancie
Alchimie et géomancie ont ce point commun qu'elles procèdent toutes deux de la terre. Le mot alchimie vient de l'égyptien KËMEIA et de l'article arabe EL : elle est la science de la terre noire, c'est-à -dire la matière première et originelle, principe matérialisé de la Grande Déesse universelle (chez les Égyptiens appelée Isis) à la fois Reine du Ciel et nature fécondante et nourricière, substance cosmique créatrice des mondes et des êtres.
La Terre, berceau de l’humanité, est ici considérée comme Mère, Isis est la détentrice du secret, elle est la clé du tarot (Rota). Alchimie et Géomancie portent en elles le germe de cette connaissance par la compréhension et le respect des lois universelles de la Grande Déesse créatrice de toutes choses. L'enseignement initiatique de la géomancie est le même que celui du Grand œuvre : celui qui permet à l'esprit de dompter la matière.
Méditez les sept lois d'Hermès qui tissent un fil d'Ariane entre le visible et l’invisible, entre le monde manifesté et le monde cosmique agissant ; elles sont une clé pour la compréhension du principe géomantique.
1- Tout est Esprit, l’Esprit est tout. Base primordiale de l'enseignement: Suprématie de l'Esprit.
2- Ce qui est en haut est comme ce qui est en bas et ce qui est en bas est comme ce qui est en haut. Les lois et puissances qui régissent et animent le macrocosme sont les mêmes que celles qui régissent et animent le microcosme ; c’est le principe d'unification.
3- Tout est vibration, rien n'est inerte, tout vibre : l'univers est une pensée vibratoire et non pas une machinerie.
4- Tout est double, tout a deux faces, tout a deux pôles : la loi de l'équilibre par opposition complémentaire ;
5- Tout inspire et tout expire, tout monte et descend, tout s'équilibre par oscillations compensées : respiration et marées illustrent cette loi.
6- Toute cause à effet, tout effet a une cause : loi des responsabilités, des conséquences loi du "choc en retour"
7- Tout possède un principe masculin et un principe féminin : loi du genre partout présente dans la nature, principe masculin féminin, impair et pair.

Alchemy and geomancy have this point in common that they both proceed from the earth. The word alchemy comes from the Egyptian KEMIAIA and the Arabic article EL: it is the science of the black earth, that is to say, the raw and original material, materialized principle of the great goddess (among the Egyptians to call Isis) at once Queen of Heaven and fertilizing and nurturing nature, creative cosmic substance of the worlds and beings.
The earth, cradle of humanity, is considered here as Mother, Isis is the holder of the secret, she is the key of the tarot. (rota) Alchemy and Geomancy carry within them the seed of this knowledge by understanding and respecting the universal laws of the Great Creative Goddess of all things. The initiatory teaching of geomancy is the same as that of the Great Work: the one that allows the mind to tame matter.
Meditate the seven laws of Hermes who weave a thread of Ariadne between the visible and the invisible, between the manifested world and the acting cosmic world; they are a key to understanding the geomantic principle.
1- All is Spirit, the Spirit is all. The primary basis of teaching: Supremacy of the Spirit mind.
2- What is above is like what is below and what is below is like what is above. The laws and powers that govern and animate the macrocosm are the same as those that govern and animate the microcosm; it is the principle of unification.
3- All is vibration, nothing is inert, everything vibrates: the universe is a vibratory thought and not a machinery.
4- Everything is double, everything has two faces, everything has two poles: the law of equilibrium by complementary opposition;
5- Everything inspires and expires, everything rises and falls, everything is balanced by compensated oscillations: breathing and tides illustrate this law.
6- Any cause and effect has a cause: the law of responsibility, the law of "return shock" consequences
7- Everything has a masculine principle and a feminine principle: the law of gender everywhere present in nature, the masculine feminine principle, odd and even.
